Orders
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@luar.world. We process orders quickly and may not be able to accommodate changes once an order has been submitted for fulfillment.
Shipping
Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7–14 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please email info@luar.world with your order number and the items you'd like to return. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Leather & Hardware
Store leather goods in their dust bag when not in use. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, and heat. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.
Apparel
Please refer to the care label inside each garment for specific washing and care instructions.
