Returns and Exchanges
Looking to return your item(s)?
All good if you changed your mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet all of the below conditions:
- You must submit a return request within 30 days of delivery
- Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or – unused, in its original packaging
- You must include the original packing slip – without this, we are unable to process returns
If you meet the above conditions, you may initiate a return by sending an email to email@example.com with your order number and shipping address used at checkout.
Please note the following:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
- Luar is not responsible for items after they have shipped
Once your return is received, provided it meets the above conditions, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 48 hours, and send you email confirmation. Although we process refunds upon acceptance, your bank may take longer to process and post your refund.

Please note that we do not currently process exchanges. However, we want you to have the luar item of your dreams, so if something isn't working for you, please initiate a return by following the return instructions in the above section.

If you receive your order and notice any damage, defects, or were sent the wrong item, please email us immediately at info@luar.World so that we can make it right.
